Ingredients:
1 liter Water
3 Daily Apple Roselle Tea bags
1 Tbsp Fresh ginger, thinly sliced
1 Cinnamon stick
5 Whole cloves
½ cup Brown sugar
Ice cubes
3 Kalamansi
Procedure:
- Pour the water into a large pan along with the Daily Apple Roselle Tea bags, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves.
- Bring to a boil and once you have attained a rolling boil turn down to a low simmer, cover, and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the sugar, allow it to dissolve completely, then simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and allow to cool at room temperature.
- Strain then refrigerate. Serve with ice, garnishing with a thin slice of kalamansi to add a little citrus freshness.
